Dennis is a pioneer of the buyers agency industry in Australia. He established Sydney Property Finders in 1999 after more than 12 years experience working with both local and international real estate agencies.

While selling agents were obligated to achieve the highest possible price for their vendor clients, Dennis identified an un-serviced niche - specialist buyer advocates who would act exclusively in the interests of those on the opposite side of the property transaction – the property buyers.

Over the past 11 years, Dennis has helped his clients find and buy their ideal property, ranging from a $360,000 inner-city home to a $42 million office building.
