Peter is a qualified property valuer with a unique blend of valuation and property research experience giving him a broad understanding of all property markets.


While a member of Jones Lang LaSalle Research, Peter gained invaluable experience in office and retail markets within NSW, VIC and the ACT; and more recently at LandMark White and Hill PDA, he specialised in valuation and feasibility modelling in the Sydney Metro area.

Some of Peter’s most recent work at Sydney Property Finders has focussed on the eastern suburbs residential market, including prestige apartments and trophy homes ranging in value from $3 million to over $40 million.

Peter also has exposure valuing commercial office, industrial and retail property using a variety of techniques including Direct Comparison, Capitalisation Approach and Discount Cash Flow modelling. He is also familiar with assessing development site values and feasibility modelling using the Residual Land Value approach (Estate Master and Excel).

Peter’s proven analytical skills and sound judgement add value through detailed reporting on potential purchases. These reports spell out important aspects of the individual property that affect its value and also place the property in the overall context of the market in which it subsists. The benefit of this expert analysis is the confidence the knowledge brings when it comes to negotiating a fair market price, or better!

PETER’S ACHIEVEMENTS

Peter was the recipient of the Grosvenor Prize for his Final Project as a part of his Bachelor of Business (Property) at the University of Western Sydney. The topic explored the ramifications of the Global Financial Crisis on property values in Sydney CBD office market.
Peter also holds a Bachelor of Physical Science from LaTrobe University majoring in Physics and Chemistry.
